The fragrance was launched in 1853. Fragrance notes: bergamot, neroli, orange, verbena, lavender. The label features an Imperial symbol with Napoleon's chosen coat of arms – the eagle, the emperor's crown, and scepter. The bottle is adorned with a constellation of 69 bees – an Imperial symbol and the emblem of the Guerlain "Eaux" family. The famous Eau de Cologne Imperiale creates harmony around refined floral accords. Its fresh citrus notes of lemon and bergamot play with petitgrain, while the magic of neroli flowers softens this citrus bouquet.
